PANDA Surfboard came to SB Digital seeking to grow their e-commerce sales; Before working with SB Digital, the company never ran paid social advertising and so there we no historical data available.

FACEBOOK RETARGETING

Retargeting, also known as remarketing, is a form of online advertising that can help you keep your brand in front of bounced traffic after they leave your website. For most websites, only 2% of web traffic converts on the first visit. Retargeting is a tool designed to help companies reach the 98% of users who don’t convert right away.

Once we had Facebook conversion tracking in place and started using Custom Audiences, we saw a huge uplift in sales. Facebook ads became ROI-positive for us, from day one!

We launched custom retargeting segments broken down by site visitors, top engagement (time on site, content views, and page views), and users who engaged with PANDA social media.  These retargeting campaigns have earned a combined 420% ROAS.

Our Facebook advertising solutions have helped doubling PANDA’s online revenue and  increasing brand awareness across all media channels.
