We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for operating as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions, and building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Ensure all of the necessary deliverables for a project are completed and handed over on time and on budget
- Work and communicate with outsourced resources such as freelancers, vendors, and suppliers and oversee subcontracted projects
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly initiatives to internal and external teams
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the digital marketing industry a plus
